Krav Maga
Self Defense
Fundamentals

A rotating curriculum allows students to enter the program at any time at any fitness level. Students learn to defend against immediate danger of many common street assaults and to use their body effectively to immediately counter attack and prevent ongoing danger. Low to moderate stress drills are infused throughout the program to insure students ability to respond effectively in a real life situation.
In addition to learning a reality defensive tactics system, students also benefit from a complete head to toe workout.

Intermediate

Students learn to defend against additional common unarmed assaults. We also begin to introduce the basic weapons defenses such as blunt objects, gun and knife. Although the stress level for students learning new techniques remains the same, previously learned material is practiced under increasingly higher stress levels.
Students begin to improve their ability to finish an encounter quickly and decisively the arsenal of weapons available to them.

Krav Maga
Advanced
Level

This level will transition students to more advanced Krav Maga techniques. Stress drills are now moderate to high in intensity and include executing techniques aggressively under fatigue, duress, and / or uncomfortable circumstances. Emphasis is placed upon improving the student’s fighting skills with light contact in full protective gear.
